I'm Abby and here at Grow and Glow we want to help you reach your weight loss goals.
With nearly a decade of experience as a weight loss coach, I embarked on this journey after successfully losing 50 kilograms and discovering a deep passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals. My fascination with the connection between nutrition and our bodies led me to study the impact of food on health.
I am dedicated to understanding not just the physical aspects of weight loss, but also the mental processes that influence our behaviors. I believe that our mindset is the foundation for lasting change, and by shifting the way we think, we can cultivate habits that support our success. My approach is rooted in empathy and kindness, ensuring that every client feels supported and empowered on their journey toward a healthier, happier life.
Abby's Story
I have been a weight loss coach for almost ten years. I began this profession after losing 50kgs and finding a passion to help others. I became intrigued in how foods affect our bodies and studied nutrition. I love understanding the human body and the impact food has. I especially became fascinated by our minds, why we think the way we do and how we can use that to our advantage. I believe our minds set the foundation for weight loss and that is where we find our strength.
By changing the way we think, we change our behaviours, replace them with habits that support our goals to reach success! What I have learnt in this industry, is that there is not a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Each individual is different, therefore require a tailored approach, to achieving their health goals.
